Fitzsimons Promenade is located on North Uvalda Street within Fitzsimon Village in Aurora. Our creative design transformed this 65’ median into a vibrant urban oasis that connects residents and patrons to the outdoors.

Butterfly Park is a 4.5-acre neighborhood park planned for the Windler Community in Aurora, Colorado. The park’s focal point is a playground inspired by Eric Carle’s beloved children’s book, “The Very Hungry Caterpillar.”

Inspired by the colorful qualities of Butterfly Park, and the pollinator gardens found throughout, as well as the shapes and forms of honeycomb, Nectar Coffee Shop is a unique architectural statement that complements the artistic nature of the proposed landscape design.
