Animation: Butterfly park

Butterfly Park serves as a node in Windler’s pedestrian parkway network and celebrates the connection between people and nature with pollinator themed, interactive play areas that feature larger-than-life bee, butterfly, and cocoon play structures. The proposed landscape design draws inspiration from nature with outdoor amenities integrated into the organic flowing forms of the site.

The design of Nectar Coffee Shop, created by PCS Group Principal Seth Arnold, was inspired by the colorful qualities of Butterfly Park, and the pollinator gardens found throughout, as well as the shapes and forms of honeycomb. This unique architectural statement seamlessly connects to the overall theme and complements the artistic nature of Butterfly Park, in addition to providing visitors with the opportunity to relax, have a snack, and enjoy the wide-open views.
