Windler: Midtown

Windler is a master planned community located in Aurora, Colorado that is redefining the development of mixed-use communities. Since 2020, PCS Group has been a proud contributor to this dynamic project, which is planned to include over 5,000 residential units, 700,000 square feet of commercial, and up to 3 million square feet of industrial. Recently, we have developed plans for Phase 1 of Midtown. These plans feature linear park connections throughout, a spacious pocket park for recreation, and a central boulevard linking Discovery Park to the west with future commercial spaces to the east. At the heart of this boulevard is a heavily planted, meandering pedestrian thoroughfare that leads to a charming park and courtyard.
