Fitzsimons Promenade

Fitzsimons Promenade is located on North Uvalda Street within Fitzsimons Village—an infill mixed-use community in Aurora, Colorado. Recently completed, our creative design transformed this 65’ median into a vibrant community hub with a variety of nodes that connect residents and patrons to passive outdoor activities. This inviting space features unique serpentine benches and custom shade structures for relaxing, a central gathering area for socializing, and a dog park for your pup to meet and play with new friends. Additionally, the lush turf areas within this urban setting provide the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a picnic, or gather with friends under the Colorado sun. Fitzsimons Promenade is an urban oasis that has something for everyone!
