Windler Groundbreaking

PCS Group President John Prestwich and Associate Jeff Norberg recently attended the groundbreaking for Windler, an exciting new mixed-use community taking shape in northeast Aurora. Our team has been developing the foundation for the master plan and leading the master plan entitlement process. Once complete, Windler will comprise of 16 diverse neighborhoods, with parks and open space accounting for one fifth of the community, and a robust pedestrian network that includes a continuous park system unifying the community through linear parkways.
