Lyric Condominiums is part of the larger Lyric at RidgeGate master planned community located in Lone Tree, Colorado. Last month, the Lyric Condominium project received unanimous approval for the Final Plat and Site Plan from the planning commission and city council.

PCS Group has been working with the Town of Parker on streetscape improvements to address and enhance pedestrian safety. Earlier this month the project received site plan approval, with construction proposed to being in the Fall of 2023.

Last month a rezoning proposal, from agricultural land to planned unit development, for the Elizabeth West property was approved by the Elizabeth Board of Trustees. Elizabeth West is a 425-acre community situated south of Highway 86 and immediately east of Legacy Ridge St.

PCS Group, in collaboration with KTGY Architecture and Merrick & Company, is assisting Century Communities with the entitlement process and landscape architecture component of Compark Village Apartments.

PCS Group, in collaboration with Lokal Homes, has obtained approval for 6.9 acres of undeveloped land southwest of 64th Avenue and Dunkirk Street in Denver within the Denver Gateway community. The proposed development includes one 3-story, 10-unit condo and nine 3-story, 20-unit condos for a total of 190 units.

With this approval, Erie Four Corners is one of the first of the Town Center projects to move forward and we are excited to lead the way in realizing the vision of this area.

PCS Group has been working with Century Communities on the Kime Ranch infill development located in Parker, Colorado. At the beginning of August, we were able to secure approval for a Sketch and Preliminary Plan, paving the way for this exciting project to move forward.

In April and May of this year, PCS Group secured administrative approval of the Skydance Master Plan and unanimous City Council approval of the associate Comprehensive Plan Amendment to allow this exciting mixed-use community to move forward.
