Project Approval: Four Corners

In August of 2019, the Town of Erie’s Board approved a contract to bring in world-renown urban planning firm DPZ CoDesign to create a planned development for five parcels of land they identified as a prominent area for the town’s future growth. Collectively, these parcels make up what is now referred to as Erie Town Center. DPZ CoDesign created a planned development guide for this area and each of the included parcels of land.

PCS Group assisted Toll Brothers and worked closely with the Town of Erie on the Four Corners parcel (a portion of the Town Center) to bring the concept set forth in the planned development to fruition. Using the development guide as a framework, our team made necessary adjustments to the proposed site plan to accommodate the builder’s homes while expanding courtyards and green spaces to create greater pedestrian permeability. These modifications have preserved the spirit of the overall vision for this parcel and have successfully moved the project forward, obtaining Final Plat approval last month. With this approval, Erie Four Corners is one of the first of the Town Center projects to move forward and we are excited to lead the way in realizing the vision of this area.
