Project Approval: Compark Village Apartments

PCS Group, in collaboration with KTGY Architecture and Merrick & Company, is assisting Century Communities with the entitlement process and landscape architecture component of Compark Village Apartments. Located in Parker, Colorado, the site consists of approximately 14 acres of undeveloped land adjacent to E-470 in the Compark Village PD. The proposed, and recently approved, multifamily community includes 300 units in ten buildings that include 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. 

The site plan proposes amenities which include a clubhouse with pool, fitness, yoga, outdoor fire features, grills, and gaming. 45% of the site is designed as active open space. Because of the linear nature of the site, this open space connects much of the community through a trail system which is activated by active and passive amenity nodes such as sand volleyball, playscape areas for kids, terraced display gardens, a dog park, and various gathering areas.
