Lyric Condominium Approval

Lyric Condominiums is part of the larger Lyric at RidgeGate master planned community located in Lone Tree, Colorado. Last month, the Lyric Condominium project received unanimous approval for the Final Plat and Site Plan from the planning commission and city council.

Lyric Condominiums will complement both the vibrant mixed-use neighborhood to the east, with a strong emphasis on public and private infrastructure while adding diversity to existing housing options, as well as the adjacent residential uses to the south by adopting a more suburban feel. A critical aspect of our design was integrating condominiums into the context of the existing Lyric at RidgeGate community by creating a site plan and design that balances current trends with the traditional design of the surrounding neighborhoods. In line with the City of Lone Tree’s goals, our team developed a site plan that creates dynamic and engaging pedestrian experiences with connections designed to support and facilitate interactions with the community. Additionally, multiple terraced landscape areas in the plan serve as passive amenity spaces and act as transitions from the commercial/retail areas. These passive amenity spaces are programmed with grilling stations, seating areas, shade shelters, and spots for outdoor games.
