Project Approval: Kime Ranch

PCS Group has been working with Century Communities on the Kime Ranch infill development located off Main Street in Parker, Colorado. At the beginning of August, we were able to secure approval for a Sketch and Preliminary Plan, paving the way for this exciting project to move forward. Over the years, several builders and developers have attempted to take this property through approvals but were ultimately unsuccessful due to the challenging nature of the site. Our project team worked diligently with both the city and surrounding neighbors to overcome these challenges and arrive at a plan that fulfilled city requirements, garnered community support, and received unanimous approval from the Planning Commission and Town Council.

Kime Ranch is envisioned to be a pedestrian-friendly community that builds on and aligns with the Town of Parker’s small-town character while providing homes near significant open space, regional civic facilities, and the downtown core. The project includes 150 new homes on 45 acres of land between Parker Vista and Sunset Ridge communities. It will include a 3.6-acre neighborhood park, developed trail system, and significant open space buffer areas to serve the needs of residents.
