project approval: skydance

PCS Group has had the pleasure of working with Westside Investment Partners on the Skydance project located in Aurora, Colorado. In April and May of this year, we were able to get administrative approval of the Skydance Master Plan and unanimous City Council approval of the associated Comprehensive Plan Amendment to allow this exciting mixed-use community to move forward.

Skydance will be a diverse community consisting of a wide range of residential home types, mixed-use commercial and retail, and neighborhood commercial uses all arranged around a comprehensive parks and open space system. Collectively, these attributes, along with its proximity to DIA and the Gaylord Hotel, will make Skydance a place where you can truly live, work, and play in northern Aurora.
