Project Approval: Denver Gateway

PCS Group, in collaboration with Lokal Homes, has obtained approval for 6.9 acres of undeveloped land southwest of 64th Avenue and Dunkirk Street in Denver within the Denver Gateway community. The proposed development includes one 3-story, 10-unit condo and nine 3-story, 20-unit condos for a total of 190 units.

Our team assisted with site design, landscape architecture, and the approval process with the City and County of Denver. Overall, the site has been designed to connect to an adjacent regional park facility that incorporates a large activity lawn, playground, ornate gardens, and a community center. The plan includes a large central green space bookended by three-story architecture that includes shade structures, seating, and a fire feature. Walking paths and a small dog park are also included in the plan for resident use.
