Cottonwood Creek is a master planned community located just east of E-470 in the prairie grasslands of Aurora.

PCS Group, in collaboration with the Southern Land design team, developed a pedestrian-oriented community entry for Westerly featuring bold groves of ornamental trees and simple masonry walls paired with lush shrubs and perennial plantings.

Windler has been planned to create a sustainable, diverse, and connected community that blends residential, civic, and commercial activities.

In April and May of this year, PCS Group secured administrative approval of the Skydance Master Plan and unanimous City Council approval of the associate Comprehensive Plan Amendment to allow this exciting mixed-use community to move forward.
