on the boards: o’brien park
O’Brien Park is an existing park located on Mainstreet near downtown Parker. PCS Group is working with the Town of Parker to reimagine the Mainstreet Plaza and edges of the park with a user-centric, cohesive design that promotes pedestrian safety.
harmony monumentation
Our design team recently developed new entry monumentation concepts for Harmony! These larger monumentation designs coincide with the current theming and further integrate the community brand onto the land at Harmony.
Project Approval: Semper Gardens
PCS Group has been fortunate to work with Berkeley Homes on the Semper Gardens project located in Westminster, Colorado. This January we were able to get a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment and Preliminary Development Plan approved, paving the way for this desirable project to move forward.

In the preliminary stages of design, PCS collaborated with Corporex to bring these 3D massing models to life, combining our skills in 3D visualization and landscape architecture to conceptualize and create highly energetic renderings and animations.

3D digital models are a tool to facilitate community visioning and theming. They also aid in construction implementation by communicating design intent that translates to means and methods for construction, transforming a vision into a built reality.

Windler is an 850-acre master planned community in northeast Aurora, ideally located along E-470 just 5 minutes from DIA and 30 minutes from downtown. Envisioned as a modern homestead, Windler has been designed to create a sustainable, diverse, and connected community that blends residential, civic, and commercial activities.

Freuhaus is a proposed affordable Congregate Care community for elders. It’s located at the former Fruehauf’s Outdoor Furniture Store in Downtown Boulder, directly adjacent to the Boulder Valley Regional Center, which provides seniors with access to transportation, dining, entertainment, and medical services.

We understand the importance of a well-designed entry and look for opportunities to create more than just a sign. One way we accomplish this is by transforming a 2D logo into a 3D form to create entry monumentation that is an artful expression of the community brand.

The Academy on Mapleton Hill is a world class, continuum care facility which hosts independent and assisted living, rehabilitation therapy, and memory care in Boulder’s Mapleton community. With a focus on elevating residents everyday experience, our design team applied biophilic design patterns—flexible and replicable strategies for reconnecting people with nature and enhancing their experience.
