Project Approval: Semper Gardens

PCS Group has been fortunate to work with Berkeley Homes on the Semper Gardens project located in Westminster, Colorado. This January we were able to get a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment and Preliminary Development Plan approved, paving the way for this desirable project to move forward. Over the years, several builders and developers have attempted to take portions of the property through approvals but were ultimately unsuccessful. In this instance, Berkeley Homes was able to compile three separate ownership parcels into a more comprehensive project for the area which proved beneficial. Additionally, the project team worked diligently with both the city and surrounding neighbors to arrive at a plan the city supported. We look forward to continuing with this exciting project to bring a mix of housing types, along with park amenities, public land dedication, and regional trail connectivity to the City of Westminster.
