ovation: concept design

Ovation is a 25-acre mixed use development located in Newport, KY. This large development consists of a state-of-the-art music venue, offices, hotels, residential buildings, as well as an active restaurant and retail scene. In the preliminary stages of design, PCS collaborated with Corporex to bring these 3D massing models to life, combining our skills in 3D visualization and landscape architecture to conceptualize and create highly energetic renderings and animations that held true to Corporex’s vision of what this exciting community could become.
