To maintain the innate beauty of the property, PCS Group partnered with Muller to preserve the naturally sloping land, existing drainageways, native habitats, and natural flow patterns.

Last month, PCS Group Vice President Paul Shoukas and Associate Brandon McNellis attended the groundbreaking for Tanterra. Unfortunately, Colorado weather wasn’t very cooperative that day. Nonetheless, we were thrilled to mark the beginning of this exciting new community!

PCS Group has been working with the Town of Parker on streetscape improvements to address and enhance pedestrian safety. Earlier this month the project received site plan approval, with construction proposed to being in the Fall of 2023.

At Kime Ranch, our team opted for solar bollards—a self-sufficient alternative to hardwired lights fit for green initiatives.

PCS Group, in collaboration with KTGY Architecture and Merrick & Company, is assisting Century Communities with the entitlement process and landscape architecture component of Compark Village Apartments.

PCS Group has been working with Century Communities on the Kime Ranch infill development located in Parker, Colorado. At the beginning of August, we were able to secure approval for a Sketch and Preliminary Plan, paving the way for this exciting project to move forward.

The pool site at Compark Village Apartments has been crafted as a flex space, accommodating a variety of amenities all in one place. Our design team drew inspiration from the clubhouse, playing off its architectural lines and materials to develop the overall design concept of the space.

Kime Ranch is envisioned to be a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood that builds upon and fits into the Town of Parker’s small-town character, while providing homes within proximity to significant open space amenities, regional civic facilities, and the downtown core.
