On the Boards: Kime Ranch

Kime Ranch is an infill parcel of ground located off Main Street in Parker, Colorado consisting of 42.91 Acres. While most of the site is located in Parker, 7.5 acres are in unincorporated Douglas County and are proposed to be annexed into the Town of Parker. Kime Ranch is envisioned to be a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood that builds upon and fits into the Town of Parker’s small-town character while providing homes within proximity to significant open space amenities, regional civic facilities, and the downtown core. The community will include a neighborhood pocket park, developed trail system, and significant open space buffer areas to serve the needs of residents. The internal trail system provides a connection to Mainstreet to encourage trail access and use by existing homeowners East and West of the property, which eventually connects to Sulphur Gulch Trail. The Sulphur Gulch Trail Corridor is a 4-mile trail system that connects residential neighborhoods to an extensive regional trail system, downtown Parker, the Douglas County Library, Town Hall, the PACE Center, O’Brien Pool and Park, and Pioneer Elementary School.
