Gold’s Marketplace is the revitalization of an iconic, neighborhood center to a dynamic, community-focused destination location in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

La Vista is situated on 185’ of private white sand beach in Perdido Key Florida, directly adjacent to Perdido Key State Park. To take full advantage of this distinctive Location, La Vista has been carefully crafted by developer Butch Shivers and award-winning architect Henry Norris with innovative design features and amenities that optimize the direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Key State Park.

Inspired by the colorful qualities of Butterfly Park, and the pollinator gardens found throughout, as well as the shapes and forms of honeycomb, Nectar Coffee Shop is a unique architectural statement that complements the artistic nature of the proposed landscape design.

Our 3D visualization team, led by Seth Arnold, assisted in the product development of townhomes, starting with the raw elevations, and working through a progression of architectural concepts to arrive at the final design for these custom units.
