As part of the dendritic planning process, a significant amount of additional open space has been provided in the planning of Tanterra, and we have taken advantage of how connected the open space is to provide a diverse and extensive trail network that connects the park areas dispersed throughout the community. These park areas capture and integrate Tanterra’s brand onto the land with playgrounds centered around the native raptor bird species from which the community was named. More than just providing residents with opportunities for shared recreation and social activities, each park is an immersive experience featuring custom birds of prey play structures designed to capture the imagination of visitors and foster memorable moments in the community.
