At the Mint, a multifamily community located in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood, our team developed a courtyard design that has the capacity to perform multiple functions and maximize the value of a shared community space.

PCS Group, in collaboration with Lokal Homes, has obtained approval for 6.9 acres of undeveloped land southwest of 64th Avenue and Dunkirk Street in Denver within the Denver Gateway community. The proposed development includes one 3-story, 10-unit condo and nine 3-story, 20-unit condos for a total of 190 units.

The proposed landscape design translates the building’s architectural form into a modern campus that prioritizes the use of local materials, native and drought-tolerant plants, and the conservation of water.
