Design Concept: Pepsi Campus
PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), a subsidiary of PepsiCo, is building a 1.2 million-square-foot manufacturing facility near DIA in the High Point development. The project is three times the size of Pepsi’s existing facility in Denver’s River North Art District, where the company has operated since the 1950s, and will be PBNA’s largest plant in the United States. It will also be the company’s most sustainable facility with plans for 100% renewable electricity, best-in-class water efficiency, and reduced virgin plastic use. PCS Group is excited to work with Gray Architects and Engineers to assist in achieving these goals. The proposed landscape design translates the building’s architectural form into a modern campus that prioritizes the use of local materials, native and drought-tolerant plants, and the conservation of water.
