Revere Amenity Space

Revere at Johnstown, U.S.A. is reminiscent of the all-American small town with barn-inspired architecture and modern farmhouse design motifs that pay tribute to the region’s agricultural roots. The amenity space, situated in the heart of the community, features a 3,000-square-foot clubhouse with multiple all-season indoor and outdoor gathering areas for large events or casual meetups and reserved space for food truck parking. In developing the design concept for this amenity space our team took cues from the clubhouse’s architecture and small-town character of the community. The design concept features a fruit orchard, sunflower splash pad, 6-lane competition pool with a sun shelf and beach entry, playground, and open lawn area for pickup games or neighborhood events.
