On The Boards: Lyric Condos

PCS Group is excited to be assisting Lokal Homes with Lyric Condominiums and Townhomes. This project is “on the boards” and going through the design and entitlement process. It is intended to complement a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood in the Lyric at RidgeGate Master Planned community with a strong emphasis on public and private infrastructure while adding diversity to existing housing options available in Lone Tree. The design has been integrated into a uniquely constructed mixed-use Planned Development and will complement adjacent residential uses as well as support local businesses.

A critical aspect of the project design is to integrate condominiums and townhomes into the context of the existing Lyric at RidgeGate neighborhood as well as the broader Lone Tree community. The goal is to create a site plan and design that incorporates current market trends while respecting the traditional/contemporary design of the surrounding neighborhoods. To achieve this goal, our team is developing a site plan that creates a dynamic and engaging pedestrian experience with pedestrian connections designed to support and facilitate interactions within the community. Additionally, multiple terraced landscape areas in the plan serve as passive amenity spaces and act as a buffer or transition from the commercial/retail areas and RidgeGate Parkway. The passive amenity spaces within the site will be programmed with grilling stations, gathering areas, shade shelters, and spots for outdoor games.
