Lyric Condominiums is part of the larger Lyric at RidgeGate master planned community located in Lone Tree, Colorado. Last month, the Lyric Condominium project received unanimous approval for the Final Plat and Site Plan from the planning commission and city council.

At the beginning of March, ground broke on The Reserve at Lone Tree—a congregate care facility consisting of independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.

Lyric Condominiums and Townhomes are intended to complement a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood in the Lyric at RidgeGate Master Planned community with a strong emphasis on public and private infrastructure while adding diversity to existing housing options available in Lone Tree.
