PCS Group has been working with the the Town of Parker on streetscape improvements for O’Brien Park to address and enhance pedestrian safety since 2015. After several delays over the years, construction of the project was completed earlier this month.

At DeLo, our design team applied the Dutch design strategy Woonerf to encourage multimodal transportation and blend the pedestrian and vehicle realm.
