Spring Hill is a community designed for connection—where nature, recreation, and thoughtful planning come together. Proposed in Erie, CO, the plan includes 632 homes—ranging from single-family residences to duplexes and townhomes—plus a 10-acre elementary school site, a pool and clubhouse, five pocket parks, and an extended regional spine trail. 

Open space and trail corridors have largely shaped Spring Hill, effortlessly blending natural landforms with the built environment. Over 100 acres are dedicated to parks and open space, including nearly 32 acres set aside for the Town of Erie. Thoughtfully placed trails and trail connections create seamless transitions between neighborhoods, enhancing connectivity and offering residents immediate access to an active lifestyle.
