Sky Ranch Pocket Park

Exciting progress at Sky Ranch! Construction is underway for Filing 5, and as demand remains high for housing in the Denver area so does the progress and sales at Sky Ranch. This 37-acre phase of the development will include 211 units, offering a mix of single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes—all thoughtfully designed around a pocket park that enhances community interaction.

The 1.5-acre park is currently in the middle stages of construction, with flatwork complete and most landscaping in place. Soon, furnishings, a shelter, and playground equipment will be installed. Designed for all ages, the park features play structures and bocce lanes near the picnic area, catering to both children and the “big kids.”
