Parkdale
Parkdale is located south of Arapahoe Road, north of Baseline, and east of 119th Avenue in Erie, Colorado. The development spans approximately 415 acres and consists of six filings, with a total proposed buildout of over 1,430 units. Four of the six filings are under construction, with Filings 1 and 2 nearing completion. Parkdale is primarily comprised of single-family detached lots and a mix of duplexes and townhomes, with a unit breakdown of 1,094 SFD homes, 210 duplexes, and 126 townhomes.
The vision for Parkdale was inspired by the Town of Erie’s innovative spirit, small-town charm, and commitment to sustainable design. Parkdale will feature a 40-acre wetland preserve, a new entry into the Town of Erie, and over 3 miles of trails that connect to larger regional trails on the east and west sides of the community. It is also planned to include a proposed 15-acre school site, multiple pocket parks, a pool, and 59 acres of dedicated open space.
PCS Group has served as the lead consultant for Parkdale, guiding it through conceptual design, rezoning, the PD Development Guide, and landscape architectural design.
