Sterling Ranch is a mixed-use, master planned community located in an idyllic valley at the base of the Rocky Mountain Foothills, near Highlands Ranch and Littleton, just twenty miles south of downtown Denver. Once complete, more than 30,000 Coloradans will call Sterling Ranch home.
