Peregrine

Peregrine is a 32-unit paired home community located in Prescott, Arizona. Due to the steep natural topography of the existing land, the proposed site design paid careful attention to minimizing the amount of grading needed for terrain suitable for housing. Applying adaptive reuse strategies, our team repurposed the excavated boulders and rock materials from the site, stockpiled them, and reused them in the landscape design. These rock walls retain land for the streetscape and homesites, as well as create a natural aesthetic that ties seamlessly into the preserved adjacent open space areas. Additionally, native plants were used within these areas to create uninterrupted landscape while accommodating local habitat.
