Designing for Wellbeing

The Reserve at Lone Tree is a congregate care facility consisting of independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences enabling residents to progress through the aging continuum without relocating. The programming and design of The Reserve at Lone Tree are all intended to enhance residents' health and wellness, empowering them to flourish, despite limitations caused by health issues. This congregate care facility will provide site amenities for residents to engage with their extended families, including outdoor spaces for all ages and mobility capabilities. Outdoor activity programming will include a plaza space for food trucks or a small farmers market, a terraced lawn area for an outdoor concert or movies, pickleball courts, and outdoor planting beds.
