Fitzsimons Village, located in Aurora at the heart of one of the fastest-growing areas in Colorado, is perfectly positioned for work and play. The community is just 15 minutes from downtown Denver and Denver International Airport with immediate access to four highways, including E-470, I-225, 270 and I-70—the gateway to Colorado’s unparalleled natural playground, the Rocky Mountains.

Occupying 1,700 linear feet of prime Colfax Avenue frontage, Fitzsimons Village will be linked by a pedestrian bridge to the Fitzsimons Life Science District—a full square mile dedicated to healthcare, scientific research, and bioscience enterprise.
