CarMax, a nationally recognized used vehicle retailer, is always considering new sites around the country for possible expansion. PCS Group, in collaboration with CenterPoint Integrated Solutions, assists CarMax with their feasibility planning. As a retailer with very specific programmatic needs, our team provides code review and mitigation services to help navigate the landscape requirements of different municipalities and how they might apply to CarMax. In addition to these preliminary landscape services, PCS Group also provides 3D modeling, rendering, and visioning services to aid CarMax with the entitlement process for many of their sites where view studies are required.
