Welcome Matt!

We're thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Matt Slodki! Originally from New York, Matt has called Colorado home since moving here 11 years ago to attend Colorado State University.

A passionate landscape architect driven by collaboration, adaptability, creativity, and inclusivity, Matt is committed to designing sustainable spaces that foster connections and enrich communities. His passion for art, deep appreciation for nature, sustainability, and conservation, and early exposure to the built environment all played a key role in leading him to a career in landscape architecture. Matt brings a unique blend of creativity and purpose to his work, crafting spaces that make a lasting, positive impact. His favorite part? Witnessing how well-designed environments bring people together and elevate well-being.

Outside of work, you can catch Matt exploring the outdoors with his wife Allie, dog Nico, family, and friends—hiking, snowboarding, fly fishing, or soaking in local music.
