project approval: Tanterra

PCS has been working on the Stroh Ranch property for over 20 years, Tanterra is the latest phase of this large-scale Master Planned community. This March we were able to get unanimous approval for the first phase of this portion of the community which includes 1,532 new homes as well as a new 31-acre community park, over 108 acres of open space, and 15 additional acres of neighborhood parks. We were especially excited to work with the Town of Parker on a Parks Master Plan for the full property and utilize dendritic planning principles for the overall community. This planning and design approach garnered unanimous approval from both the Planning commission and Town Council and was lauded as what the Town of Parker wants to see in their new communities.
