Kime Ranch Neighborhood Park

Kime Ranch is a pedestrian-friendly residential neighborhood located in Parker, Colorado. The design of Kime Ranch aligns with Parker’s small-town character—while providing homes close to regional civic facilities and the downtown core—with a centralized neighborhood park, an internal trail network, and significant open space amenities.

Our team designed the neighborhood park to be integrated into, rather than onto, the land to decrease the soil removed from the site. On the south side of the park, terraced walls maximize the retained soil and provide an opportunity for a variety of spaces, including ornamental gardens, gathering areas, and activity hubs. Additionally, the park features an elevated multi-use field with a sledding slope, playground, and grill area.
