Compark Apartments

Compark Apartments is a multifamily project located on a 14-acre site within the Compark Business Campus in Parker, Colorado. PCS Group, in collaboration with KTGY Architecture and Merrick & Company, assisted Century Communities with the entitlement process and landscape architecture component. This project is currently under construction.  

Once complete, Compark Apartments will provide 300 units in ten buildings that include 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and a variety of amenities including a central amenity space and park area. The Central amenity space is comprised of a clubhouse with a pool, yoga deck, grill station, passive turf space, and shade shelter area with a fire pit. The park is on the complex's west side and consists of active and passive activities such as volleyball, a shade shelter and picnic node, a playground space, and a dog park. An 8-foot trail follows the southern edge of the community connecting to the surrounding neighborhood trail system, with intermittent seating areas located along the trail.
