North Main at Steel Ranch was deliberately designed with a multi-modal streetscape cross section, encouraging vehicles to share the road with bicycles and pedestrians. Situated in close proximity to Bullhead Gulch Trail and equipped with Velo Stations, North Main at Steel Ranch offers direct access to the outdoors with miles of regional trails mixed with modern amenity living. These amenities include a pool with an 8,000 sq. ft. clubhouse that is fitted with a 24-hour fitness center, full entertaining kitchen, and coffee bar as well as an adjacent BBQ area featuring an outdoor fire pit, wet bar, and stunning mountain views.
