Windler is an 850-acre master planned community in northeast Aurora, ideally located along E-470, just 5 minutes from DIA and 30 minutes from downtown Denver. Envisioned as a modern homestead, Windler has been planned to create a sustainable, diverse, and connected community that blends residential, civic, and commercial activities. Windler’s residential neighborhoods incorporate a mix of housing types, densities, and lot configurations intended to attract a diverse set of homebuyers and introduce new product types to the market.

Parks and open space account for one fifth of Windler, with a continuous park system unifying the community through linear parkways. These greenspaces are integrated into the street network and trail system to increase open space and provide opportunities for residents to gather, socialize, and play within each of Windler’s unique neighborhoods. Discovery Park, designed to be the focal point of Windler, is the community gathering hub—overflowing with dynamic entertainment spaces and pockets of possibility apt for exploring. The layout of this centrally located 24-acre park capitalizes on views to the west and offers an array of elements that invite people of all ages to get outside and discover what’s next.
