Located between Denver and Colorado Springs in a secluded valley along the front range of the Rocky Mountains, Terrain is a residential community that exemplifies the essence of Colorado living. Instead of altering the natural terrain of this picturesque valley, the design embraced the innate form of its distinctive location and built the community to become a part of it.

The community folds into the natural landscape, rolling topography organically divides each neighborhood into enclaves of intimate villages, and nearly 600 acres within the community has been reserved for parks and open space. Terrain’s network of trails wind through each neighborhood, connecting residents to each other and even more of what they love—an assortment of parks, multiple pools, an award-winning dog park, and the best of Colorado right outside their door.
