Heirloom is a 162-acre residential community comprised of 370 homes, with a small neighborhood retail component, nestled among an abundance of parks and open space areas. Uniquely situated adjacent to the Reuter-Hess Reservoir and bisected by Newlin Gulch, the community was strategically designed to place parks and open space corridors that activate the residential community as well as provide outstanding connectivity to the larger regional trail system. The trails meandering through Heirloom provide access to the Cherry Creek Regional Trail, the East-West Regional Trail, and Reuter-Hess Reservoir. Further, the community is conveniently located in the I-25 corridor, making it the perfect location for anyone who wants instant access to the great outdoors without forgoing urban conveniences.
