Trails at Crowfoot is an 890-unit residential community located in Parker, Colorado. This new home community has been planned around creating a family-friendly environment that connects residents to the outdoors. The design of Trails at Crowfoot features over 100 acres of open space, 4 miles of on and off-street looped trails, and a centrally located park.

Outside is where life truly intersects at the Trails at Crowfoot. The Trails Great Park—a nearly 20-acre, centrally located neighborhood park—is the community’s connector, bringing residents together through an array of amenities that provide social and recreational opportunities. Park amenities include a baseball field, multi-use field, basketball court, three tennis courts, pool and clubhouse, playground area with shade structures, and a 9-hole disk golf course. These features, combined with Trails at Crowfoot’s open space and trails, provide residents with a multitude of avenues to explore, discover, and connect.
