Steel Ranch is situated south of central Louisville, just minutes from city parks, shopping areas, and major routes. This mixed-use, residential community is comprised of single-family homes, patio homes, and the North Main at Steel Ranch apartment complex, with two community parks, regional connectivity to Bull Head Gulch Trail, and a commercial/office area.

Steel Ranch was planned to be authentically Louisville, implementing an overall design concept that captures the essence of its historic location. Boulders from the site were repurposed as retaining walls, seating for gathering areas, recreational elements, and in planting beds for aesthetic texture throughout the community. With over 350 units and a mix of residential uses, Steel Ranch boasts the perfect balance of Louisville living with walking paths winding their way through the community and bike lanes within the streets connecting to trails, local parks, and downtown Louisville’s Main Street.
