Sabell is a 25-acre new home community ideally located within walking distance to regional parks and the RTD Light Rail G Line in Arvada, Colorado, with easy access to downtown Denver. The design concept for Sabell focuses on honoring the natural environment and elevating the historic use of the land as a tree farm. To capture the essence of a tree farm, our team designed organized patterns of elements reminiscent of agricultural environments with a contemporary flair.
This former tree nursery encourages you to get outside, featuring tree-lined streets leading to the 10-acre neighborhood park with active recreational areas for children and adults alike, footpaths through existing tree groves, and immediate access to regional trail systems—including the existing Van Bibber Creek Trail System, conveniently located adjacent to Sabell. The design also supports more passive pursuits with open space courtyards for gathering and strategically placed pathways threading through the community.
